I am a curator, researcher and writer who advocates for the inclusion of wider perspectives within museums and the study of history. Working with museums, galleries and cultural spaces, my research interests focus on better understanding the relevance of these spaces to the widest audience possible. My practice centres on improving access to history, art, and culture from a socially engaged lens, while exploring accountability models and the role of user research.
Recently, I have worked with Bath Abbey, the British Art Network, Multistory, the Government Art Collection, Collections Trust, Routing Diaspora Histories, the British Council, Art UK, the Bath & Colonialism Archive Project, Haringey Creates, London Unseen, London Museum and University Arts London: Decolonising Arts Institute | Contemporary Art Society to support institutions addressing problematic language alongside accountability frameworks, approaching gaps in knowledge and building more inclusive collections.
